Altenew Creativity Inspired Challenge: Fresh Dye Inks and Seasons - Winter

Hello there everyone,

How are you all? I am dwelling on infinite thoughts and overthinking train is taking me to places which I don’t even want to!😆

Well, hope peace and joy comes soon from this whirlwind thinking and immerse me in the sheer joy of the moment!

Crafting comes handy and takes you in the dreamworld and helps soothe my energy so much! Altenew creativity inspired challenge was one of those which I always look forward to as they bring different themes with these and it’s fun to look our products and ideas in different light! 

This time, I am happy to be spell-bounded by the fresh dye inks and season splendors ! Here comes the winter vibes and cool temperatures to hold and slow me down for the cozy atmosphere inside my house😃

I decided to have some fun me time just coloring using the fresh dye inks as watercolor. It was me, my brush, my hands and what a fun session with myself! All worth to see the final outcome as below:

The fresh dye inks used: Glacier Caves Fresh Dye Inks (Carrabean Sky, Persian Blue, Sapphire)

Stamp set used: Best buds

Border die: Altenew frames

Black crisp pigment dye ink

Rest is all watercoloring and fun time with yourself and your imagination. Lastly, have gone over some pencil details to cover the shadings and draw more variations between shadow and light parts of the colored image.

The place where I live is mostly cold for majority of the year and this creation totally depicts my current season! Cold frosty snowy and rainy winter 🥶 I am enjoying the time before the spring comes and brings all those flowery joys and critters back to my garden !
