Day 3 - The Daily marker 30 day Challenge

Hey dear friends,

Days are passing so fast. Its already the third day to the Daily marker challenge today.

I have moved to a new place recently and I don't have my all craft stuff with me. So i try to work my best with the minimalist Supplies I have. I feel good doing this challenge because of few reasons:

1) This is me first time playing in this challenge.
2) Being minimalist teaches you many things, like how to bang your head more creatively, how to keep going with only few stuff etc.

So, without further ado, this is my today's work:

You really don't have to be perfect to be an Amazing person, amazing human being, Amazing artist... in fact amazing in anything you do.

Thanks.

My first post for Day 1 -30 Day coloring challenge:

I have heard a lot about this challenge and since its a 10th one, I think, I should also start running the marathon now.

"There is a first time for everything!!"

Its all about the first time here in this post. First time entering the challenge, First time I had done faux dye watercolor technique and first time some calligraphy stuff with the brushes and watercolors. I do understand, none of them is so good, but I tried and that's most imp to me :)..
Here is my take on the Day 1:

The world is "Just for YOU"!!

Hey creative fellas,

The world is Just for YOU!! Open your arms wide, wear that smile and pull up your socks. This world is Just for YOU. Go out, have fun, relax, enjoy, love.... do whatever you always wanted to do!! But the most important thing is Always be happy !!

Today, I am entering into the CASology Challenge- week 300 as follows:

My love for black can ever go away. But when it comes to CAS technique, I have to get my nerves wreck a lot to think about the clean and simple card. I must tell you, I have started loving this technique so much, so neat, so clean, still lot to show and the smartness to play with the theme.

The theme is copper and black is my favorite background and all of us know what a lovely combination both of them make. So why not use it with the rule of thirds in CASing terms to design a card. I have water colored the leaves (hand cut) with Prima metallic accents in Copper color.

Also, I don't have any die-cutting machine, so I have hand-cut every single thing I have used here in this card, which I am really proud of!!

So here is my entry for the challenge:

Some more close-ups:

Thanks for visiting my blog.

Have lotta Copper coated fun this time :)

It's the little things!!

Hello dears,

The spring is on its onset here (the country where I am currently) and everything is becoming full of life again. And what a crazy time it is to watch the beautiful sight of nature everywhere around.

And on the top of that, if you get to do quilling to create something out of those beautiful, colorful strips, it is like cherry on the cake.

I came across this challenge on quilling:

It is such a nice bucket of colors they have added to the moodboard to play around with. I have thus, adhered to 2 main colors here: yellow and sap green. But I have tried to include the blues and other green as well somehow. The neutral color I have used is : white.

Please have a look at my creation and leave some love:

Thanks.

Also, I will be entering this challenge in Parus card making challenge as well as my Second entry:

Thanks a bunch :)
