Welcome you all to a new blog post, full of autumn vibes and festive energy :) The traces of all these adjectives you can see in my creation below: little bit of color, moving into autumn shades, little bit of gold and whole lot of fun :)
I am presenting the creation for the monthly challenge of Pinkfresh Studio for September.
- For the background, I have used a hot foil plate (geometric pattern), but rather than foiling it, I have dry embossed the same on the base cardstock.
- The framed border is from the die: Scalloped rectangle
- Lilacs and purples were colors of my choice to use in the monochromatic theme.
- I have used the hot foil plate with gold glimmer foil sheets to foil all the florals here. Also used the negative foiling to create fillers in between the florals to give it a cohesive look and not make it monotonous.
- After the hot foiling, the florals were copic colored with colors: V17, V15, V12, V01
- Lastly, had used a black heat embossed 'happy birthday' sentiment to bring it all together.
- Added few splatters of gold, black, white here and there and then ta da, its Done :)
