Hello dear readers,
"Color speaks louder than words!!"
So beautiful quote and so beautiful world we have with so many colors. I wonder how in olden times, black and white cinemas would have looked like!
I really love colors and polychromatic is the term makes me more happier. Also, the class from Altenew Academy.
This was a unique and special offering and I really had fun because there was a perception in my head about the class, about this term and about the colors. But, to my suprise, I can out of the class with so much more than just this! Also, a different way to think about colors, this term and how to apply in our creative tasks everyday.
My creation details:
Card 1:
Here I have added the twist of infinite shaker card to go with the polychromatic water stamping. It's a very simple creation, firstly I have added the rainbow colors on the stamp and then did the water stamping on the watercolor paper. Once that was dry, I decided to make it fun by adding infinite shaker element and adding shaker bits on the same. Before adding embellishments and closing the shaker window, I added a simple birthday sentiment to go on with this.
Stamp : Watercolor wash florals
Ink Colors: Strawberry, orange sherbet, lemon ice, pistachio, blueberry, soft lilac
Others: Sequins (gold, white and some beads), double sided tape, acetate for shaker

Card 2:
Here, to depict polychromatism, I decided to go for white and build the sentiment on colors as this just gives another variation of how the class techniques can be used and showcase the fun technique. Added a die cut frame, some splatters and the card came along well.
For the sentiments, I have added them on black and glitter gold cardstock on the base to give them extra definition and shine.
Stamp : Sentiment strip stamp
Die: Nesting Labels Die
Embossing folder: Floral Acanthus
Others: Gold glitter and black cardstock, black and gold paint splatters, black obsidian ink

That will all today from my side and I will surely enjoy more classes, homework and see you soon with next posts (hopefully very very soon).
Lots of love and care
