Hello there,
Altenew has new Winter Magic 2022:stamp/die/stencil release today and I am so glad to be part of this release:
About the Winter Magic Collection
We love celebrating the winter season, and this release includes everything you need to do just that! Let your holiday cards shine with trendy typography, classic poinsettias, or a modern tree. A timeless wreath of mistletoe (with coordinating embossing folder and stencils!), winter florals, and hot foil plates and dies to finish off the release. 'Tis the season!
All product images are as follows:
I loved the release and wonderful products Altenew always brings. It's so fun to work with these and really enjoyed spanning the creativity. Hope you feel the same. So, let's have a look at the creations and related descriptions alongside:
1) Cheers to a healthy and happy new year:
Stamped the Dotted Pinwheel stamp set on a cherry red cardstock and colored the edges of the same with Altenew Mahogany color ink. This helped to step up the background. Then, I simply added the stamped image from the festive trees stamp set (with all autumn color vibes) and also, gold heat embossed the top layer of the stamp to get extra interest.
The die cut image is 4 layers thick to make it stand out as the focal point. Lastly, added the gold splatters in background and some sequins to bring the whole card together.
2,3) Congratulations AND Have a magical holiday season:
Here, I just wanted to showcase that same product, if used in different ways, can create 2 totally unique looking cards, may be not how exactly the product is intended for! This helps to stretch the supplies we have and use it for varied occasions or purposes.
For both the cards below, I have used the Layered Snowflake die 2 and gave it different look through the creations. The first one is simply a die cut background with ink blending in the background. On the top, I layered multiple die cuts in white, silver and sparkle cardstock to create a layered snowflake. Just adhered the Congratulations sentiment and done.
Adding gold splatters and sequins brought the overall card together.

4) Warmest Wishes:
This one is one of my favorite creation from this entire release. I just came out the way I wanted it to! Looks so festive with the olive card base and beautiful white/yellow layered florals. The card is really very simple and self explanatory, so I will leave the description here for this one and let you enjoy the beauty.
4) Happy Holidays:
This card has come out so different and cool than even what I have imagined. Once it came together, it really made me smile. I have used hot foiling in the center on a brown card base. This was a surprise that this cardstock got hot foiled so well. I also decided to give it a handmade black frame to make it shine more.
Then, I just layered the rose stamp set from the release in some beautiful pink colors with gray leaves and set the arrangement as you can see below.
Finally, added gold heat embossed sentiment on black cardstock to match the foiling and wallah!

That's all from me today. This was fun and hoping to be getting such good opportunities in future too. Many thanks to Altenew for giving me this platform.
