Hello crafty friends,
"Transformation is magical"
All I can say is "Impressive heat embossing" technique class makes me always feel magical transformation!
Why you may ask, but if you have ever tried the heat embossing, you will know what I mean to say here. It is real fun and magic which unfolds when you take that heat gun and melt that embossing powder. Be it on sentiment, any stamped image or anything. It is so so fun and feels like child-like happiness every single time! Trust me, every single time!
I am showing you my fun/variations here with 2 different creations. This is always super fun technique for me.
My creation details:
Card 1-
To be honest, I wanted to try something different and showcase, but that pressure was not taking me anywhere. Then I started checking my stash and also some old stamped/embossed images and I found this one. Then the idea struck like lightening on me and I decided to make a beautiful scene with moon stamped and heat embossed image, some shiny waves in the night due to moon's reflection! And that moon glow with the light blue ink. To make the variation more stronger (moon glow and night time), I added some dark and navy blue shades around the whole card on edges and this gave it the prominent look.
Very very happy with this creation and how it turned out. Actually better than what I even imagined. Trust the process and keep creating is really true. I feel out of this world happily :)
Embossing Folder : Ribbon waves
Inks: Desert night, arctic mountain, winter lake, ultramarine, black
Others: white gel pen, silver heat embossing powder, gold gel pen, white heat embossing powder

Card 2 -
Olive is one of my favorite colors to work with. It has taht beautiful tanginess with soberness too of the greens. I dont know how to explain. Hence that became my starting point. Then vellum on top of it gave me that smoothness and softness I was looking for! Basically, I added the stencil with embossing powder in different shades to amke the background pop.
Once done, I white heat embossed the floral stamp on the vellum sheets multiple times and kept cutting them inwards (this is more like decoupage technique or I dont remeber what to say to it). I divided the same stamped image in multiple pieces (each piece being different part). Then some gold embossing wherever needed, sequins everywhere in gold.
Lastly, stamped heat embossed image to bring it all together.
Stamp : Blooming Bouquet
Stencil: Mighty corners stencil
Others: Copper, gold, antique gold, antique gold sequins, white heat embossing powder, vellum

Heat embossing I always keep doing in here and there ways, but this class took me out of my comfort zone and also pushed me to try very different techniques and I am really glad I tried. This gave me a sincere joy and helped me understand how much I can more crafty and have fun while learning in these classes.
Have a good time and take care.
Regards
Disha
